How to use this dashboard

What this is

This dashboard shows how your YouTube channel is doing. All numbers come from real files. If a number is missing, the page says so instead of guessing.

Setup: copy the link to a skill, paste it into ChatGPT, and type "install skill."

Script Writer

writes your script

Writes a script for your video, starting with a strong first 3 seconds.

  1. Tell me your video idea, and if it is a Short or a long video.
  2. I write 3 hooks (strong first lines) and the full script, with what to film.
  3. You film it.
  4. I give you a title and a pinned comment (a comment you stick to the top).

Title & Thumbnail

names your video and plans its picture

Gives you title ideas and plans for the thumbnail (the little picture people click on).

  1. Tell me what your video is about.
  2. I write 5 to 10 titles and mark my top 2.
  3. I describe 2 or 3 thumbnail ideas.
  4. You make the thumbnail and pick a title.
  5. You add them on YouTube yourself.

Video Editor

edits your video

Makes your video tighter, adds captions (words on screen) and fixes the sound.

  1. You send me the video file.
  2. I edit it on my computer. I cut the boring pauses, add captions and fix the sound.
  3. You download the new file and watch it.
  4. You upload it to YouTube yourself.

Sorts your comments and writes replies that sound like you.

  1. Send me the link to your video.
  2. I read the comments and sort them (questions, praise, spam and more).
  3. I write a reply for each one, and video ideas from what people ask.

Plans 7 days of videos: what to post, when, and how to get people to watch.

  1. Tell me how many videos you can make this week.
